"Pokemon" is the name of a category of beasts, whose flavors vary widely,
though all are quite tasty.  Now, "tastes like Pikachu" would denote a
specific flavor, but Pikachu's tangy, lemon-tinged flavor isn't as generic
as chicken.  I'd need to consult my files to figure out which pokemon has
the most chicken-like flavor (or, failing that, most bland flavor).
