I'm official requesting that people stop making this kind of joke.  It
is no longer funny.  In fact, it hurts.  It has gotten out of hand.  It
is so not true you wouldn't believe.  It's gotten back to people that I
don't know very well and it's affected me at work.  It's stinks.

I don't like meeting strangers that recognize my name and then ask
about it.  Especially at work.

I'm getting enough other shit this week from people that I don't like,
I don't need this shit from people that I do like.  This isn't directed
only at Trey, but at everyone who makes this joke or perpetuates the
myth.  I recognize it is just in fun, and that we are friends, and I
want to maintain our friendship.

If someone asks you about the joke, I would appreciate you, as my
friends,  reply, "Tom doesn't find that funny any more and as his
friend I request you don't perpetuate the rumor."
